Responsible for Corporate Tie-ups, correspondence to prospective companies for interview date and schedule of events, accounts payable, payroll, grant report entry, managing the organizations HR, helping and creating organizational and program budgets in collaboration with the COO and Program direct.
Is responsible for the creation and delivery of bespoke training programmes. Designed with leadership, management, business and personal progression and best practice. His intention is to expand on the talents and skills across all employees at all levels within an organisation. Knowledge of the company, its clients and business strategy are all key, as these will be taken into consideration when establishing the training and performance programmes.
Is accountable to deliver established goals, utilizes good judgment to assess and escalate situations and utilizes knowledge and skills in the area of expertise while maintaining expected quality standards. He must act as a leader by building constructive relationships and by supporting department leadership in developing, setting and executing department goals and the strategic plan in accordance with organization.
